She pays attention to detail takes her time does not rush. She listens to my request. The smart style salon over all is clean and the staff is warm and welcoming. "They were very rude. Theres a different management and employees everytime I go in there. The last couple of times they stare and treat me l Iike a theif. I even took my purse WITHOUT THEM ASKING ME TO, and left it there or in the open for anyone to take so they wouldn't do that bc it makes me feel really bad about myself. I didn't have any pickets and I had tight gym clothes on. This had been a problem there alot and so I voiced my opinion and they both denied and CLEARLY THEY WERE LYING. There was another girl and she looked rough and I heard with my own ears then say too each other for one to go in the back and watch the camera and sadly they NEVER OFFERED HER HELP! PARDEN MY FRENCH BUT F THEM ILL DRIVE AM THE WADY TO FW"

"Manager practically brought the elderly gentlemen in front of me to tears. He was trying to buy a hair dryer for his wife but wasn’t sure what to get. Offered no help and talked to him like he was stupid and over all being very very rude. I know multiple people who avoid Sally’s in weatherford because of this same lady. I could say about 10-15 people who won’t go because of her attitude. it was very uncalled for and unprofessional how she treated the elderly gentleman. The rest of the girls were very sweet but something needs to be done about that women."

"They should really hire people with actual knowledge of hair and hair products. I had an employee advise me to use the completely wrong product and then proceeded to recommend something that was for something else entirely. On a separate occasion, I asked about hair masks and the girl didn't know which one to suggest for bleached hair. This job requires basic knowledge and they can't even get that right. Major fail. Giving it 2 stars (instead of 1) just for the convenience of having a Sally's close to me. But please get employees who know about hair....kind of important at a place like this."

"Walking into this Sally's I was immediately applauded at the young girls attitude when asking for help finding the product I was looking for.. she snarled and gave me a dirty look when she headed in the direction of the isle it was located in. When recieving such distasteful attitude I always ask for the employees name she refused to give me her name.. but the other employee slipped and said Herrera . I will absolutely never go back to this store again."
