"I had gotten my nails done with them a while back & the girl who attended me seemed like the had no experience in customer service & little experience with doing nails. It seemed like they taught her in less than 30min. She started glueing & cutting my nails WITHOUT EVEN ASKING WHAT I WANTED. Like girl are you good? This is how you do it: “Hi good morning what kind of nails would you want today?” is it so hard? TAKE NOTES! Anyways, I proceed to show her an inspo pic and she said she can’t do them! (It was nude almond shape nails. That’s it. Nothing special. Nothing complicated. No designs.) and I’ve gotten these nails SEVERAL times with different nails techs but not in this salon. So she TAKES THEM OFF and tells me to go home and COME BACK ANOTHER TIME that same day to schedule with another nail tech that will be able to do them. Btw when she took them off, my nails looked SO NASTY there was still leftover glue on them she couldn’t even bother to take them off properly . So I went home with nasty looking nails but I went back because I needed them done that day, the 2nd girl that attended me was very sweet and did exactly what I wanted but she doesn’t work there anymore"
"Place is nice and everyone is friendly but not all the girls know how to do nails, so it’s a matter of luck that you end up with someone who actually knows what they are doing. I the last two times I’ve gone they did not do a good job, nails were not the same some coffins some not when I asked for stilettos, some wider than the other. One girl offered to give me her number but to depend on one person’s schedule to get your nails done doesn’t work for people who work. In my opinion all girls should know their job so they work with your schedule not the other way around"

"First place I visited an absolutely love my nails an toes! They work all by hand no machine drill thing that burns an cuts you. Had a language barrier but I was early an not everybody was there yet. But I will ne back to this salon! A++"
