"Please DO NOT waste your hard earned money at this venue!!! I attended a party back in June and The AC does not work. Your makeup will run and you will have sweat stains on your expensive special event clothing. Most events people have at venues like this are once in a lifetime occasions. You and your loved ones deserve to be stress free while enjoying yourselves. Do not reserve this place."

"I have been to this venue twice once a few years ago in October and it seemed to be a nice place. We were there for a wedding and we went to the bar to get a drink and the bartender said they were no longer serving and that they had ran out of drinks. My wife witnessed the bartenders taking the beer and liquor to the back and notified the grooms mother. She had to have a conversation with them that the agreement was to serve alcohol until a certain time. The venue stated that they were keeping the left over alcohol and the groom’s mother made sure to get the alcohol back that she paid for. A few months back I attended a birthday party and the place was so HOT! The staff was so rude and I witnessed them yelling at kids that was just sitting near a wall. The power went out and fried some of the DJ’s equipment. Please don’t waste your money at this venue. It’s not right to spend thousands of dollars for a venue to have to deal with all of that. Ridiculous!"

"This place is very nice Very expensive and not worth a cent. Not here in Texas. Heat rises way over 100 degrees and when you are dressed in a gown and tux you expect to be in a nice cool venue for $8000.00 Well this place does not have working A/C and a fan is not acceptable. Beware go spend your money elsewhere. These people don’t understand that you don’t have a do over. It’s once in a lifetime you turn 15 and have spent your savings for a beautiful sweaty event. DO NOT WASTE Your Money here."

"CFP is a very beautiful, memorable experience for our reception. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and fun to work with. The decor was breathtakingly beautiful and our guests enjoyed a wonderful experience. The only problem was that the air conditioner wasn't working well, and it was kind of hot in there. The event was in August."
