"Was able to make it to BG the first weekend of the butterfly release.. It was only 30 minutes, and that was plenty of time to get a ton of pictures and enjoy the scene/scenery.. Check the weather if you're going to see the butterflies or anything else indoors.. We made it around the heat of the day. So it was a bit hot tamale inside.. Overall, I had a good time.. (Also stopped by the gift shop) Prices not bad and they had an additional 50% Off wall!!"

"What a lovely place for a walk. It is slightly difficult to navigate with a stroller but it can be done. We had a wonderful time. It was about a 2 mile walk and took us 2 hours including stops here and there. We saw most of the gardens. Great for families."

"It is great place to explore the beautiful nature, beautiful landscaping and walking in the trail. I think everybody should visit this garden. Beautiful flowers with beautiful environment are the attraction of this botanical garden. There is the pond with many fishes which are of different colors. Everybody will enjoy watching fish floating in water. It is really breathtaking view. Apart, from that small waterfall has been created to give the rural experience. What a great work? I cannot describe it. You can experience the forest which is possible to see in only remote area. You will enjoy everything. There are lots of pavilion which are enhancing the beauty of park and also rest if you are tried walking. Apart, from that pedestrian bridges are other beautiful element which are adding the aesthetic of the botanical garden. Do not forget to visit this place if you are visiting DFW. Local people also should not forget to visit this place."

"A beautiful day to explore the botanic garden. The staff were all courteous and helpful. It was my first visit and it exceeded my expectations. The fees were very reasonable. The cafe was also reasonably priced. We actually saw an armadillo while we were dining. The origami sculptures were beautiful. The Japanese Garden with all the beautiful fish was the highlight. I'd love to visit at night and see the Christmas light display. Lots of signage so a great learning opportunity."

"This was a gorgeous place to visit in early December. There were still fall colors, which made it for a lovely leaf peeping walk. I’m looking forward to coming back during other seasons to see the flowers. The Japanese garden for sure should not be missed."
