"I had passed by here so many times and wanted to stop by no time. Finally took a trip just to go and it was so worth it! This place is a not so hidden gem! I was able to learn about the native plants and animals as well as see the endangered aplomado falcon and the tropical king bird. Great views and atmosphere"
"Great surprise - what a wonderful building and developing grounds which help to show flora and fauna of south Texas at its best. Super modern well thought out teaching facility with large class rooms and a first class shop and information center. Staff were engaging and friendly and were a wealth of local knowledge - worth the trip just to see the building which is located right off highway 100 at Laguna Vista - great easy entrance too"
