"It's unfortunate how unmotivated the employees are at this location. The time it takes for them to even acknowledge you is ridiculous. As a prior manager of a paint store (Dunn Edwards), it makes me sad to see how this store runs. It should take no less than 30 seconds to say hi, and I'll be right with you. Also. The manager should have his blinds open to see how many people are waiting in line and are walking in. Today, I was reminded why I don't come to this location to shop."

"Excellent customer service from Ryan! I was super stressed about finding the perfect wood stain color for my shades which I wanted to match my floors. Ryan not only suggested 2 stains to try, he also figured out that staining one on top of the other could potentially give the results I wanted. The color came out so perfectly I still can't believe it. Thanks Ryan!"

Lee Roy and Carlos are some of the most knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly people working for the paint industry, offering helpful advice every time I come in. Service like this is invaluable when you’re working with high standards and expensive materials, so when someone takes time to offer a better product based on the needs of the customer instead of just letting you walk out the door with the wrong product, that is a great reason to keep them on your side in my opinion.
