"I am 45 years old and NEVER in my adult life had I had an experience like this with any company. Hugo was responsive, very thurough and delivered a superior level of customer service that I believed until today no longer existed. I made several attempts to contact various roofing companies with no answer to inquire about an emergency tarp placement after a huge leak was discovered. "Fantastic customer service and integrity. I highly recommend them. After a heavy rainfall I had a leak coming from the ceiling. I called several roofers but nobody could come out for a few days. I came across 3-R Roofing and they answered right away and Hugo was at my house 20 minutes later. He inspected the roof and said it was in great shape (its only 5 years old. I would have been shocked to hear otherwise). Some vents were missing caulking and that was causing the leak. He said it was a quick fix and did it for no charge. I offered to pay a minimum hour labor charge and he insisted on doing it free of charge. He showed me videos and pictures of the roof, the issue and the repair. Explained everything in great detail. Also, I was under the impression my patio roof needed replacing so I asked him to provide me a quote for that. He provided me a very fair price but told me I could get another 4 to 5 years out of it before replacing. Also showed me a simple flashing repair. Go with these guys. I've worked with a lot of contractors and this is a company you want working on your house."

He checked out the attic and went on the roof to assess the damage. He is very thorough he took lots of pictures and was very knowledgeable.
