The manager has no clue what’s customer service obviously. This store only makes you waste time. Employees have no clue about store products. Very disappointed."
"I really wanted to try again this store but since the old. 2016 crew left, it’s been a disaster or rudeness…. Claiming they don’t do samples, wanting to sell only gallons? Somehow the other guys said maybe we can make in a quart size…. Was charged 26 dollars for a paint that I explicitly said I wanted a different brand? Management is rude and frankly worse way to earn business. Most of us are switching to Texas paint …. Sad since this location is accessible and easy to get to.."
"I went in trying to find some interior gray stain. Everyone there was very helpful. Robert offered to show me samples and while he was unaware, I had tried to achieve this over the past couple weeks. 10 minutes with him and I could finally put this part of the building experience behind me. He has great expertise and was very happy to assist.He is an asset to this company."
