McDonald's

"I recently had a terrible experience at this McDonald's. The service was incredibly slow, with my order taking a whopping 22 minutes to be prepared. When my food finally came out, it was completely wrong not once, but twice. The food runner seemed overwhelmed, rude, and incompetent, leading to a frustrating and unpleasant dining experience. I was forced to go back inside and retrieve my order myself, as the young man working seemed unable to accurately fill my order. Overall, the service at this McDonald's was awful and I would not recommend dining there if you're looking for a quick and hassle-free meal. Overall, I believe that this particular McDonald's location is in need of a complete culture change. The lack of attention to detail and quality control is evident, and it greatly impacted my dining experience. I hope that they can improve in the future to provide customers with the service and food quality they deserve."

"Don’t order more than 2 things. They will get it wrong every time. Shoved the bag in my face to rush us through the line, and then when I get home realized I was missing my Big Mac. Not just the irritation of no lunch for me now, but also just giving them $5 for nothing. No way to call the restaurant also."

"I don't love McD's but we all go from time to time. I noticed the new location was open, so I tried it- I figure a fast food place is always going to be at its best the first few months it's open. Holy cow. The service was awful, I've never seen a group of people so miserable to be at work. The meal was technically correct, but just made sloppy, cheese outside the bun, all the tropes were present here. Just awful."

"I don’t know what’s going on with management. The store is filthy, no one is taking the garbages out. The kids “workers” just mess around and talk (swear loudly). Wrappers and food on the floors. You stand at the counter to get ketchup and you wait and wait for anyone to even look at you god forgive help. Always forget to give us the drink cups. During dinner they take the sweet tea out of the lobby so again you have to wait to have a worker notice you to get a refill. Tables all dirty and no one to clean them. I’ve added some pictures, the one with the French fries on the ground, you can see the black dots. This fry was covered in ants, I thought it was a moldy fry so I used a chair to move it and ants everywhere. We’d go to the Heritage trace location but it’s no better. Roanoke seems cleaner."

"Brought kids here to play. Kids space is large enough with plenty of seating. Usually clean and typically not overcrowded when we come."
