"We upgraded to the most expensive fence for durability and installed according their specs. We live in a windy area and their website doesn't specify any details on their warranty and wind limitations. I sent them photos of the damage panels which were torn and detached from the fence.(after only 1 month of them being installed ) Only 1 panel is left out of 7 installed. They will not warranty their product. Hidden warranty information, lack of responsiveness to my inquiry and rudeness prompted me to review this unethical company. This was an expensive purchase: $1600"
