"The tile we wanted for a bath remodel had to be ordered which was fine. Delivery day and time changed many times. The personnel and customer attention service was great. My only reason they don`t get 5 stars is this. Be very careful about how much you order! We gave them measurements from our contractor and ended up with more than we needed on 2 different styles, a backsplash on the counter top and tile for the shower floor. I admit and take blame for the measurements if they were wrong. My issue is this, they will NOT take anything back and give you a credit if you ordered more than you needed! They said it would cost more to ship it back than the actual cost and they were not going to cover that! Its all about money and they made it very clear what is more important to them!"

"Do not use this company. Short term service, installation and long term durability are horrible. Having spent thousands on porcelain tile, ugly transition metal piece was installed and even though I offered to pay for the installation of a new transition piece, the request was ignored. In addition, the tiles in the hall are not level, the end of many pieces higher than the adjoining piece where it should be even. The grout is falling out....even after being repaired once. Also, a large piece of baseboard was cut out and not repaired. It's a mess and I truly hope you select a different vendor. See pictures for proof. This makes me genuinely feel I'll."

"Had a floor installed almost a year ago and was waiting to see the long-term results before posting a review. I've been extremely pleased with the product and the floor looks as good today as when they installed it. Customer service and installation were great. From the store to the guys working in the house, I was pleased. Going back to them now for more work in different parts of the house."

"Little customer service after the sale and installation. There was a question about the installation and I could get no response from the company. I didn't even want them to fix it at no cost. I just wanted to know my options. They did not ask what transition strip and floor pattern until installers were in the process of needing to know at the job site. Installers are subs making decisions that should have been settled beforehand. When I finally did get through to speak to someone, they were polite."
