"I have frequented this store many, many times the past 5 months. I can undoubtedly say, that the paint and garden departments are clearly staffed by painters and gardeners. They have been most helpful, and have answered every question with earnest and knowledge, from their own personal experience. I have worked in sales before, and it's easy to tell when someone is speaking from their own experience, rather than just giving the answer they have been trained to give. Such employees are keepers; they have a personal investment in the knowledge they have to offer. The only reason I cannot give five stars, is because I have had mixed experiences in the hardware, lumber, and lighting departments. Most of the time, I have received adequate help in those departments. Although, in some experiences, the staff have fallen just a bit short. However in most cases, they are quick to find a more experienced co-worker, to fill the gap. This is also valuable, as an employee who seeks help when needed is much preferable to one who doesn't care to, or would rather make something up. All in all, great staff 90% of the time."
