"I took my daughter to get her ears pierced. Great experience. The manager was the one that did it and she was very patient and nice to my daughter. She explained the cleaning/changing the earrings process and said to go back if we need help changing them out. Loved the experience for my daughter. Will definitely bring my other two daughters when they’re ready."
"I took my daughter yesterday to the newly opened store located next to Target. Unfortunately, the customer service was horrendous. In fact, I felt as if I was being profiled by the young lady at the register. For instance, as my daughter and I were the only ones in the store and we were discussing a ridiculously expensive item, that same young lady turned down the music that was playing at the time as to appear that she was curious to hear what I was saying. Sadly , her eyes then began to follow us everywhere in the store. Furthermore, when it was time for her to cash me out, she said absolutely nothing to me but my total, looking at me with her deadpan expression. There were no “thank you” and “have a good day” comments. I had to have a hard conversation to my daughter afterwards about how others may choose to treat her solely based on her appearance."
"I took my son to get his ears pierced and the associate got the wrong earrings for him. She pierced his ear with an earring that was for and infant/toddler and mind you, she didn’t even apologize. She tried to blame me for her mistake when I clearly told her my son wanted the 5mm white gold earrings. My son went through the pain for nothing as he had to take out the piercing and now he has to wait 24 hrs to get it re-pierced. Terrible experience."
