"Who closes from 12:30 to 1:30 work days? That's the only time many people have to run errands and pick up parts. Guess I'll run to Parker's."

"Half of the staff are jerks, occasionally one is very nice....if you have arachniphobia, beware of the giant toy spider that will fall on you at check out, a joke that grew old a decade ago"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and the items I needed were in stock, easy to find and the prices weren't exorbitant. They have a wide variety of products. Besides the items that are normal to a hardware store there was also craft work and few other things that would make good gifts or stocking stuffers. I would recommend this business to everyone."

"Terrible experience at this place of business on October 14,2020 after we have been customers for years and years. We called to verify that they would have a propane gas water heater. When my husband went in person to purchase it the Sales lady ( owner) was very unprofessional and uneducated of the product she was selling as my husband assumed he was handed the correct water heater he had asked for. He signed papers and took water heater home where he noticed after opening box that it was for city gas which was not going to work for us. He taped box back and drove 15 miles back to Tru Vale where he was told they couldn’t take back because he had opened it. Now we’re stuck with great big bill and a heater we can not use. Long story short our brother gave us info on a service that could help us out. Charge us another big amount but at least on 10/20/2020 water heater is up and running. Bottom line , Sales people should be educated on profit they are deodorant them AND customers will be on same page before going out the door . Thank you. Leonor Moncada"
