"I visited Louisville and went to try this place for the first time but got disappointed. Terrible customer service. The guy that attended to me, Adam, was very rude and never listen when I was trying to explain what I wanted. He told me he went to school to learn the skill. At the end, he messed up my hair. For e.g. when he was about trimming my hairline, I was telling him I don’t want him to trim dip but he ignored (as observed by his countenance in the mirror). When I observed he was removing the barber cloth, I was trying to let him know I want to cut my beard and do MVP, but he walked away to the counter because he was not ready to listen. Do not go here!!!"

"There was a stylist there that is clearly going through an intense emotional crisis so I do not blame them for the terrible haircut I received yesterday, but they should have been sent home for the day or something. I had to go get another haircut just to try salvage whatever they were going for. Never experienced that at a sports clips before."

"Sports Clips appointment system is out dated. The last two times I have visited I used online check in and received a time to arrive to the store which was over an hour wait, when I arrived to the store at my scheduled time, I was passed up by several 1st available clients which signed up in store after I had checked in on line. Forcing me to have to wait another additional hour. Their customer service is terrible and I will not be returning to Sports Clips in the future. Why use an online check in system if you aren’t going to hold true to the scheduled times. If it’s going to be 1st come 1st serve then make that your policy. This was not a one off experience it is common practice."

"I usually never have a bad experience with Sport Clips, so I didn't think twice about going to this location when the wait at the Plainview location was over 2 hours. Unfortunately, my stylist really did not give me a great haircut. It's patchy, uneven and not blended well, so I will need to have it fixed at my usual location. It really is a shame that I had to have such a lackluster result. I hope you will strive to do better in the future."
