"Man extremely rude. Said no to every picture example. Female did my fills but did not shape the nails. My nails look wide and bumpy. Not happy with their work."
"Never will I go to this place again. The owner Ben claimed that my nails were lifted (I had acrylic nails) and then said I needed to soak them off. Ok that’s fine. Then he proceeded to cut my nails without asking me, then he cut them too short to where he cut my skin then said I can’t do your nails. I told him no my nails were fine until you began cutting them. So then he refused to finish my nails. He charged me and all. He did not even apologize for cutting my nails without asking or cutting my skin. He cut them way too short and uneven. I wish I could give a negative star. I did report him to Texas Cosmetology Board. There it’s no reason to not do what a customer all you to do when you are at fault. I didn’t even get upset until he proceeded to say he wouldn’t fix it. I would like to my money refunded to me please and thank you"
"The first time I visited was 1 month ago and the service was amazing. I decided to go again and the same man (only one who works there) seemed to be in a rush. He cut 3 of my fingers when filing my nails and left them bubbly/chunky and uneven. He didnt get the right color either. I tried so hard to like it that I requested many diamonds to cover the ugliness of the nails. But.. I was extremely disappointed. I will not recommend this place to anyone since ive came to a realization they do nails based on how they feel that day.I wasted money and time."
"I came here kind of debating if I'd like the service. But the long wait was really worth it. The woman took her time. I was a little bit upset because they weren't able to do what my daughter had wanted but they still gave their professional opinion. There is a long wait because they are the only ones working. (The man and woman). They do a great job. The place is super clean. Coming back again."
