"I gave this place 3 stars because ultimately i do love coming here… however i was tempted to give it 2 stars.. reason being, because of some of the antics that are displayed by some of the staff.. the older women tend to have attitudes and are quick to get angry and complain about you.. they think we dont understand because they speak a different language but we do understand what they are doing… there is one older asian woman in particular, who has a short black bob hair cut, wears a white gold cross necklace and has glasses.. Whom ALWAYS.. every time, i come for service and she’s there or she ends up being the person assigned to service me.. she always asks me rude questions.. she always goes to the other employees and talks about me, ill look up and see them looking at me and laughing.. shes always talking trash about me and getting quick to get upset or something and im tired of it. She always makes my experience sour.. im always uncomfortable around her.. not to mention also whenever she gives me a wax or manicure etc.. she does a bare minimum job.. i pay to have callus removed and i leave with rough skin on my feet still.. or ill pay to get a wax and 3 days later i have to come back already… all the other staff do a much better, more thorough job with services.. she doesn’t do a thorough job and on top of that she acts like a middle school girl with her catty emotional antics… i dont feel comfortable saying i dont want her to service me, due to the fact of how she already behaves.. i also feel uncomfortable telling the other staff because they all appear to be like family to one another, and they are the ones that she goes to, to talk trash or make fun of me.. i hope im not the only one who experiences this with this older (senior!) woman.. i hope she finds the happiness she needs so she can stop acting out her insecurities on me, in these catty, petty, extremely unprofessional ways.. she’s too old to be acting like she does, with the bad service she gives, let alone with a client who puts money in her pockets! Smh."

"Loooove this place!!! Everyone is so super nice and they really are great at getting your nails exactly the way you want. I've never done rhinestones but their light fixtures inspired me when I went in LOL. Angela was nice enough to spend the time on my nails even though I didn't have a rhinestone plan going in. Terrible idea though! Always have a plan before going in lol!"

"This is my all time FAVORITE place to get my nails done. Firstly, it's so clean and beautifully decorated with comfy furniture and pretty decor. On top of that, the staff are all so nice and willing to work with you. Just be concise with what you want, and they will try. Angela is so great and talented, and when I showed her something she hadn't seen before, instead of turning me away she really worked hard on it! And it turned out beautiful! Love this place, ya'll."

"It was super rushed. It wasn’t even busy at all. I got a pedi and this mani/gel. One week ago! It’s chipping so bad. Sadly it isn’t the first time I go there, and after so many chances still never get it right. You’d think they cared about the business in between all this going on. Oh, and the lady doing them wasn’t wearing a mask. So I think that’s where I draw the line now."
