"Worst experience. I brought my twin babies to get their ear pierced and one of the ladies had the worst customer service. Two ladies did my babies ears and one of the lady (the one with the bad customer service) put the earring crooked and did the piercing again. She didn’t even apologize she was just there with a mad face. I do not recommend this place. Take your babies somewhere else!!!"
"I don’t know how this chain is still in business. The worst costumer service! The seller was so unknowledgeable! She literally didn’t know the difference between white gold and sterling silver. When I asked about prices for the piercing earrings she gave me an attitude like if I asked about a forbidden subject. Absolutely ridiculous! I guess when you try to charge $100 or more for earrings at a place like Clair’s - you need to hide it as much as you can. Not recommended!"
"I’ve been to this location 5 to 6 times over the past 3 weeks and it’s always closed/doors locked during the posted “open” business hours. They need to replace the business hours sign with a help needed sign because this is ridiculous."
"We've now been by several times and they are always closed during their regular posted hours. They leave a sign saying "Be back @ 4" or some such and when we come back after that time, there is still no one there. Will no longer bother to come back."
"called once before and they were very nice and helpful, bext time i called the women seemed annoyed i even called, she barely helped and i know she didnt look to see if they had the item i asked in stock, simply said “no” within bot even half a second, just felt like that lady was just annoyed i called. wished i had spoke to the lady i did before, this one had no idea what customer service is"
