"Should be a ZERO stars! Absolutely terrible customer service and nail tech etiquette. First of all if your nail tech doesn't understand English ask for another. I didn't catch her name but communication was poor. Ruined the pedicure experience for me and when the first chair nail tech came to check things out he could agree as he removed the polish except he jumped to help the next customer who walked through the door. Failing to communicate how and if my nails would be fixed. So after waiting for some time I put my shoes back on as I was not being helped. Waited for my mom and told them I needed a discount or I wasn't paying. And was ready to not pay. They said they wouldn't charge me for the gel polish which was an added service....so duh don't charge me for that and I let them know I didn't receive any polish period my nails weren't even buffed or polished. Such a joke, and they were adamant that the service was done minus the polish. Finally they gave a 10 dollar discount. Smh really spare yourself. This could have been resolved if they just let me know they'd be with me shortly not just leave to help the next customer. Rude. That's because they knew the first job was bad. Hence why they removed the polish from not one but all. Even I know too many layers make it look bad and more likely to chip! Go somewhere else!!!! The last thing on my toes was the drill to remove polish and you want me to pay full price.... you're kidding me!"

"I've been here twice in the past month and Nee and John have really done a great job on my shellac full set and my recent fill. I felt very welcomed. I enjoyed a nice glass of white wine along with my new nails. I've received a 5$ off card & a free cuticle oil pen! Highly recommend. Great business with great people who need more recognition!"
