"We all know Christmas is an expensive time of year. I came into crunch to cancel & I was informed that I could pause instead. Come to find out, you have to pay no matter what before you cancel. Well, that stressed me out. The manager. Nick, came to my rescue & got my account figured out & was a great help. I love the gym & the classes. Definitely recommend."
"I love the staff at the front desk. Come in for a onetime visit or sign up for a membership and they’d be happy to help. I joined crunch for weightlifting, but they have tons of ellipticals and free weights to accommodate the amount of people. The only negative I have is that 5-8pm can be very busy, sometimes waiting 10+ minutes to get in on machines but that’s the case at most gyms in my experience."

She has a wonderful instructor technique and modifies when need, she motivates and pushes us hard always in a respectful and Graceful way! Very grateful for her. Staff is amazing and helpful and they know the facts of the gym. Amazing atmosphere and fun."
"Amazing atmosphere at Crunch Lubbock. Management and cleanliness of Crunch is 5 star. Friendly team members create a welcoming environment from the moment you step through the doors. Always happily greeted with a smile and kind words. Equipment fully operational throughout the gym with always clean men’s and women’s changing areas & showers. Trainers abundant and present for guidance when needed. Even the other clients working out have friendly demeanor’s and practice gym etiquette at all times. 5 star service and 5 star recommendation for anyone searching for the right fitness facility in Lubbock Texas."
"My experience with this location has been amazing. Lots of great equipment, and enough so even during prime busy time there still is equipment available. Very clean, great staff, other gym goers here are very kind as well. Tanning for winter time, plenty of stair machines, nice hydro massage for faster recovery, AND open 24 hrs. LOVE. Definitely recommend."
