"Today I had an annoying experience in the store. I live almost an hour away, before leaving home I called to see if they had the merchandise that I needed, during the entire trip I called 3 times and no one answered, when a young woman arrived sitting very comfortable in her chair and enjoying her phone. I asked him if he was sorry to answer it. He would have it in his hands for pleasure or it was to serve his clients. I felt so angry that I turned my back and left. Terrible attention on your part."
