"Store Manager Holly was very discriminatory when she approached me in the self checkout lane with the assumption that I didn’t cash out all of my items in the bagging area. Instead of taking the time to look at the display screen to ensure all of my items were scanned. I am highly offended because they check out attend in the area was watching as I scanned all of my items. There were of other customers in the area of self check out and she didn’t stop or “make sure” that all of there items were scanned. I am highly offended and will not longer frequent H-E-B. I am a licensed professional who also works in management and I would never approach a customer in such a manner."

"Do not request a cake for decoration! They cannot handle personalized cakes AT ALL. We requested a Jack skellington face cake with a fake blood dripping down the sides with a thin boarder on the top. I even reconfirmed the order 2 days before and she said she could handle it. Not only was it incorrect the cake was lopsided! I tried to just let it go but the more I looked at the cake the more upset I was that I spent money on boxed cake that wasn’t correct. Thankfully the bakery manager gave me my money back but goodness the decorator could not do her job. And it’s totally fine if this was out of her range, but she should have let me know before handing me this mess."

"One of the busiest H‑E‑B’s in the area including Houston. It’s literally always busy lol Needed to grab some things for my Grand. The lines are always long including the self-checkout lines. FYI: The bakery/deli closes around 8:30P (however they do leave a variety of fresh cut packs of cheese and meat in the open fridge facing the deli) H‑E‑B has some of the best prices and products. Although Sprouts is my produce go-to outside of local farmers markets. H‑E‑B’s 12 Grain bread is my favorite! Great mushroom and produce prices. Variety of health choices. Please utilize the coupons and download the app for more savings! "It is located in a convenient place and provides almost all your needs and is well organized and clean. Convenient parking and you can easily find an empty place to park your car. The pharmacy is located on the ground floor."
