"I took my animals here for many years, and the vets and staff used to feel like my animals were family. But unfortunately now that the previous vets have retired, the new vet is rude and only demonstrates that she doesn’t care about myself, my time, or most importantly my animals. She even misdiagnosed my dog with cancer and after spending thousands of dollars at a veterinary oncology clinic, it turned out my dog never had cancer. It’s sad because this used to be such a good clinic but the vet here is totally unfeeling and it makes me sad but I have to switch."

"My family has been going here for multiple generations of both pets and owners. Both Dr. Von Eiff and Dr. Silberman are great vets! They really care about getting to know my pets and making sure they are comfortable and feel safe, while providing excellent care. I trust them to take care of my pets like I would. And Tina at the front desk is absolutely incredible. She is SO HELPFUL and kind. She's patient, informative and constantly demonstrating her love of all the animals that come in. She is reliable and an absolute pleasure. I completely trust her with my pets. I really, really love this clinic."

"We love this place. It was not nearly as expensive as we thought it would be. They clipped my dogs nails without clipping the click. They diagnosed her and gave us her meds with quick time and my dog is already ten times better! I highly recommend this vet. They got us in for an appt with only 2 days notice which is incredible compared to others who wanted us to wait a month. They picked my dog up from our car and we just sat and waited, went and got a drink, and came back and she was ready! Staff was extremely friendly and my dog was loved and cared for 100%."

"My experience here was awful. The only "good" part of it all was driving away with my new baby girl. The only person and I mean the only person who even remotely helpful was the young lady who handled the animals. She was helpful,kind and answered whatever questions I had unlike the front staff. The front staff were atrocious. Not only did it seem like I was just a bother, along with everyone else who needed help, but it just seemed like everyone at the front didnt give a s*** and were just collecting paychecks. They would not work with me at all on my extremely limited time table, since my new baby girl needed to be spayed, I couldnt take her home on the only day I off I had that week. To me this seems crazy, but I wasn't informed that i only had 2 days to pick her up from her spay date till AFTER I had already paid for her. I was made to wait at the front desk while the front girl, just took her time walking around talking to people and petting animals(cant blame her there) when she HAD to step out and find someone before helping the line of people. My dog on the other hand i feel sorry for. Whoever did her spay surgery did such a horrible job at it, you could tell just by sight that whoever did, did not care at all. She had awful razor burns and then hematoma around her incision. I'm torn between telling people to not come here because of the service and lack of sh*ts given, BUT the buildings in which the animals are kept and very good. Among the best I had seen. I just with the staff didnt suck. And screw the doctor who did my dogs surgery."
