"I was really excited to get into this liquor store because it is close to my area, so i decided to stop by just to see the selection and pricing. Sign on the door said to not touch bottles unless buying it, understandable. I walk in im not greeted. As im looking at their selection the guy working tells me i cant be in the store for more than five minutes with out having a mask then doesnt ask but tells me to leave...my mask was in my hand and i walked in not two minutes before that. . Why didnt he just ask me to put it on? or even better have that on the sign on the door? I replied with the fact that it hadnt been five minutes. He acted like i hadnt spoken so i left. Hope to have a better experience if i choose to go back"

"There is one young man who works the register often who has absolutely ZERO customer service skills! There is always a sour look on his face, rarely does he greet me when I enter the store, displays a lack of product knowledge, and he never says thank you or have a nice day. The vibe is always dry and negatively charged. The location is convenient and this is the only reason I continue to shop there but it’s quickly losing its appeal because of the lack of customer service!"

"I shopped at the old location and the new one is so much better! Really beautiful and great selection, all the famous brands from cheap to expensive. What I love best is the customer service, this is a family owned place and unlike Specs' they really appreciate and need your business. The lady who's usually there is so polite and helpful always. Sure, it can be fun to go to the Smith Street Specs' once in awhile at Christmas or so, but for my regular needs I would rather support a local and family owned place rather than a chain. Honestly Specs' is not much cheaper, maybe a dollar or too. I'd rather the convenience and local support of Rice, you're not just a number there. Plus I don't know if it's just the look, but the new location seems to have twice the selection! They did a beautiful job and I highly recommend them. I go there for St. Germaine, Meyer's etc., but also for cheap liquor too lol. Plus when I was pregnant they had 3 different non-alcoholic beers. It's hard to find! They are very helpful with recommendations, and treat everyone like a queen or king. I'll keep going back!"
