"Shopped at the Yarborough location on 1/12/24. Was disappointed that staff had no desire to help, assist , or even be friendly. A simple "hello" goes a long way. I helped myself find what I needed , went to pay ,and again, was rung up by unfriendly staff. Not a hello , thank you , nothing . I don't mind having to shop on my own and locate what I am looking for , it is just uncomfortable and awkward to shop in a place where you are made to feel unwelcome. There are many hardware stores and I chose this place....I will never return."

"Have found some home items that are discontinued or hard to find in other places like Lowe's or Home Depot. Items: freezer fan motor, air conditioner capacitor, and internal parts to repair shower water valve. All had to be special order at other vendors. Was excited to find local. Only con is most items were final sale, with no return."
"I needed to get keys made (at the back of store). Its difgicult foe me to walk. An employee, Lorena, offered to take my key and get them made for me then meet at the front. I appreciated this courtesy. ❤️"
