"STAY AWAY! Every interaction with this place has been a hassle. Their inventory is always wrong and getting a refund requires the presence of 1 person who is never there. BUT that not the worst part. They expect you to inspect all boxes of tile before you leave to confirm none are broken. They will not replace broken tiles claiming they were broken after they were handed off. When you are dealing is over 500 boxes of fragile tile, this is ridiculous. Unfortunately, I will be going with the big store down the street for tile. They fought me on 10 broken tile boxes worth $150 after I purchased over 10k worth of product from them."
"I am so sad. I have bought all my tile projects here due to competitive pricing, however this will be the last time I shop here. They are completely unaware of their inventory. I ordered, went to pick up and they did not have enough boxes. Now I am waiting on an order to come in, but they are not even aware when or what truck it is coming in on. Now my project is on hold because they are completely unaware of their inventory. Horrible customer service. Don’t give yourself the headache I have."

"Terrible customer service here! Everyone was greeted coming through the door with the exception of myself. The lady that is working the counter today did not acknowledge or ask did I need help, but other customers after me were greeted and asked did they need help. If you would like to service one ethnicity place that on your website."
"They do have the best prices in town for stone. They have great variety of tile. But they lack on customer service. The sales representative at the front desk is not very knowledgeable with their inventory, and she is very pushy doesn't let you browse comfortably, we just left. We will come back to see if we get another sales representative."
