"I booked an appointment one week in advance on June 21, 2021 for a 10:00am appointment on June 29, 2021. I received an email stating that my appointment had been accepted. I also received a couple of texts reminding me of this appointment. The morning of my appointment I drove 17 minutes to this salon. I arrived at about 9:56am. The doors to the salon were locked and the lights were off. I called the number on the website and left a message. About 2 minutes later, I receive a text that says "Good morning, if you are calling about hair appointment, I am no longer offering services at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you." I find it very hard to believe that the owner of this salon did not receive a notification that I had booked an appointment via their website a whole week ago. Be a professional business owner and deactivate the booking option on your website OR communicate that you're not currently working instead of letting customers show up and you're not there."
