"Very disappointed got horrible haircut by Taylor Phelps She brought her 8 week old puppy to work and do not know if this allowed her to focus on my hair Went to two other hairstylists who said bad haircut and only thing I can do is let layers grow out and then they would help correct this haircut One hairstylist said students would have given me a better haircut I text Taylor and she said I was being hateful and that I got my money back plus she offered to texture my hair more I tried to explain I am not hateful to be unhappy w my haircut but that other hair stylists said texturing my hair will make the problem worse Getting my money back does not correct the bad haircut I will wear hat and baseball cap till my hair can grow out and another hairstylist can help me Very stressful event"

Christine’s experience and history as an instructor to other stylists gave me hope that I was in good hands.
