"I made an appointment for the same day to get dip removed and then reapplied. I had no wait time at all and the entire thing was done in less than 45 minutes. The woman was attentive and made sure I was happy. She did everything to my instructions (granted it wasn’t much from me at all) and she was gentle. No cuticle bleeding or anything. She did a few thin layers of dip which I much prefer to the super thick ones (my last manicure from another place was THICCCCC) and she also went all the way to the cuticle to give me more time between manicures! At the end, she filed down near the cuticle so it wasn’t right on there. She also used a tool to get all the build up out from under my nail—cool!!! It cost $55 for a dip/SNS manicure. If I lived in Louisville, I would come back here."
