"Wow, where do I even start? Pei Wei off Preston in Plano, Texas, is like my home away from home. I've been coming here since I was a kid, and the memories of dining here with my dad are priceless. Now that I'm in Frisco, this place is still my go-to spot, and let me tell you, it never disappoints. But today was diffrent. Today, I met Charity, the manager, and let me just say, she's a rockstar. Her passion for what she does shines through in everything she does. She welcomed me with a smile and helped me navigate the menu like a pro. I ended up trying their edamame, and oh my, it was a flavor explosion in my mouth! And don't even get me started on their spring rolls – they literally spring and rock! If you're craving Asian flavors but want something that hits the spot without being too traditional, Pei Wei is the place to be. And if you're lucky enough to meet Charity, you'll see why this place is not just about food; it's about passion, flavor, and a whole lot of good vibes. Trust me, you won't regret it!"

"When we arrived the place was maybe 1/3 full and 90% of the people there already had their food. Still like a 30 minute wait to get our food. Paid extra for the noodles which was a big mistake. They tasted and looked like cheap ramen from Walmart thrown into a microwave. No flavor. Panda Express is cheaper, faster, more food per serving, and better tasting so there’s no reason for me to ever come here again."

"Came here for lunch with my family today for the first time, and it was delicious! Everyone greeted us when we walked through the door! The food came out so fast and piping hot. I tried the hot and sour soup and the mango wings today and I loved them both just the right amount of spice. We will definitely be back soon!"

"Our first time at one of these restaurants and it was a great first impression. We both ordered the Mongolian Beef with noodles and it was very nicely seasoned and lightly sauced with mushrooms and green onions. The Sweet tea was off the charts sweet, but okay. We were super impressed by the fact that there were only 2 employees - one taking orders, bringing the food to the tables, and clearing; and the other cooking all the food as it was ordered. I've seen other quick service spots with 5-10 employees that weren't as efficient. Well done!"
