"absolutely 10/10. I was in a very unfortunate accident that left the front end of my car looking very sad. I filed my claim through my insurance on a weekend, called Callibers customer service while they were closed and was able to get scheduled to drop my car off within two days. I was kept informed throughout the entire process, drop off and pickup were very quick and easy. They finished the repairs four business days ahead of the estimated completion date. Kayla was who helped me through the process and she was great. During pickup I mentioned that the original Chevy badge on the front (pre accident) was black, and the badge the shop installed was gold. I forgot to mention the color of the missing badge during drop off (the black Chevy badge was somewhere on I-45 at that point) so that was totally my fault that they didn’t know. But Kayla said they would order a black one in right away and get it replaced. I am so happy with my experience with Calliber and my car looks fantastic, I highly recommend them!"

"The service I received from Caliber Collision in Spring was amazing! I am so grateful that I was able to work with a team of caring professionals during a very difficult period. My service advisor was Uriel Lopez (Woody). My insurance company sent me to Caliber after having a serious accident on 249 highway. Like anyone who has been in a car accident…I was overwhelmed and stressed. Woody communicated with me every step of the way and expedited processes when he could. I was without a car while the insurance company worked on my claim, and Woody understood the major inconvenience this caused. Woody understands what customer service is all about! He listens attentively, speaks respectfully, and is not afraid to roll up his sleeves to ensure his customers are happy. Thank you again Woody! "So finally leaving a review here after getting my truck fixed four weeks ago, I can happily say that they did a great job. It did take a while getting some parts, but that is understandable as my truck is a ram and some of the parts had to be OEm there was one part that took a while to get in but I’m happy to say that they were finally able to fix it. "Excellent job on the repair of my 2015 Ford Expedition that was Tboned on the passenger side. No short cuts, they replaced doors, rocker panels, all the trim, very nice paint. Customer service was notifying as the work was being done. Car is back as beautiful as ever. Will add completed work photos soon."
