They explained the insurance claim process as I had not gone through that before, and they communicated with me throughout the time my car was getting fixed. After I got my car back, the door had a slight clicking noise, but James said to bring it in, and they would take care of it immediately. When I brought it in, they fixed it on the spot without question. Unfortunate that an accident and insurance claim drove me here (no pun intended), but so glad I chose Memorial Paint and Body to get my car fixed.
