Brake Check

"I went here a few days ago for an oil change there was an issue that came up that caused me to be unhappy and I called up the store and they addressed the issue promptly their customer service skills are superb. The staff that original did my oil change was awesome I was on the phone at the time of check out which is extremely rude but I just couldn't get off the call and he checked me out and was curtious of me being on the phone and understood . The staff that fixed the problem I had was cooper he was kind and efficient and the manager Christian was quick on his feet handling the situation within a timely manner I told him about it he said he would call me back came up with a game plan and called back within ten minutes before cooper left he said he would be reaching back out within an hour and he did! he was kind understanding and handled everything in a professional manner very impressed to see how everything played out . I defently will be back"

"Careless mistakes on brakes for a 2019 F-150 with 82k miles. They replaced pretty much everything costing $1600 but they totally missed the $62 caliper guide pins in the front. The brakes sounded worse after the job than before. Two weeks later, I’m back in for another diagnosis waiting 3 hours for a 30 minute fix that looks painfully obvious. I would have been quite happy to add the $62 fix onto the original $1600 repair from the first visit. Having to return and waste another day on something as obvious as this is quite frustrating!"

"I was on a large group road rally from Dallas and unfortunately had an exhaust weld break and the car was not drivable. Luckily this shop was half a mile down the road so I limped it there and the staff was incredibly helpful on a Sunday getting me setup to drive back to Dallas. They said they don’t do exhaust work but were able to get me on the lift and zip tie up the part that broke off so it wasn’t slapping around under the car whenever I tried to drive it. They’re the reason my car made it home Sunday afternoon driving on its own wheels instead of a tow truck from Houston back to Dallas."
