"These people had my car for over a month only to have my paint color wrong and my back tail light cracked. When I finally went to get my car the second time, I thought everything was fine. Today I noticed my back tail light bulb was missing and was put in the one that they repaired. This is crazy and an inconvenience. Now I’m at another car shop paying to fix what they should have done right the first two times. Terrible service!"

"After someone hit my car, I took my car to Caliber in Cedar Hill of 67 for repairs. I had no issues with them until the day I picked up my vehicle. My advisor, James, called me on the morning of Dec 8 and told me they were expecting my rear view mirror to come in that day and it was the final thing needed to be fixed. My insurance company said whatever day the repairs are completed is the day they stop paying for my rental. Caliber closes at 5:30 and I had not heard from them all day since their call in the morning so I assumed they weren’t able to fix the mirror that day. It was my birthday that day and I had a birthday dinner to get to. My advisor called me at almost 6 PM and told me my car was ready to be picked up. I asked if they could hold off on everything til the next day because it was late and I didn’t want to be charged an extra day for the rental. The advisor said he was working late and I would need to pick up my vehicle and drop off the rental that night. Because it was after hours, I was not able to speak with my insurance adjuster that evening regarding this. I ended up having to cancel my birthday dinner because I would not arrive on time for the reservation. Not to mention due to daylight savings, it was dark and their parking lot had barely any lighting. As a woman there alone after their closing time, I did not feel safe. I then moved everything from my rental to my car and had trouble getting my car seat out. I will mention that the advisor was helpful in helping me get the car seat out so I’m appreciative of that. But when I finally got in my car, I adjusted my seat and rear view mirror. When I adjusted my mirror, it shifted and would not stay in place where I needed it. I went back in to tell the advisor and he came out to check it out. He saw that the mirror would move on its own when I would put it where I needed it. He basically said that since it was a brand new mirror put on the ball that was already in the car, there’s nothing they can do about the mirror shifting. I’m still unable to see what’s in my rear view because of this which isn’t safe. This was not an issue prior to my accident. Because of my experience with them that night, I don’t think I’ll use them again in the future. That night really just put a bad taste in my mouth and ruined my birthday plans and my customer experience with them."

Oscar, the staff member who assisted me, was very helpful throughout the entire process. The repairs were done quickly, and I was impressed with the efficiency of the service. Additionally, the rental car provided by their partner company allowed me to save on gas, which was a nice bonus. Paris, the receptionist, was also very sweet and kind, making the overall experience even more pleasant. While I hope to never need car repairs again, if I do, I will definitely be returning to Caliber Collision for their exceptional service.'"
