"Got here at 7:53 this morning I was first customer for 4 new tires it’s now 2:45 still not completed. They have broken 3 tires sensors and everyone is lost in shop !! Only person that really cares is the lady upfront she is upset it’s taken this long . And I’m not happy myself. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life !! If you use them for anything you are crazy .Another man has been here for 5 days yes 5 days trying to get the air out of his coolant system . He needs to get to Houston to work he thinks he will lose his job . This place is unreal . I’ve hated Firestone centers a lot but never had this experience. Firestone you need to do your research before giving a franchise. They sure messed up on this one !!!"
