"Horrible disgusting place … they were rude and tried to treat me as if I was stupid. They wanted me to test drive a car that smelled disgusting like someone just puffed a cigarette. And it that wasn’t bad the drivers seat belt did not click…. They had a very “well that’s the way it is” demeanor and I asked if there was something they could do about the smell and they gave me an “not my problem” answer… After being in the car I was itching all over the car was filthy and they claimed they cleaned it but I pointed out all the dirty parts which where everywhere and they said “well we do the best we can” which looks like the best is nothing at all … if I could rate 0 I could. AND ALSO as I even pulled in a customer yelled to me and said “DONT DO IT U WILL REGRET IT” and I am so thankful that I did. Would never in a million years recommend."
"My experience with Let Em Ride has been great...both times I purchased. I've read a couple negative reviews but I understood that I was purchasing a used vehicle. Things happen with a used vehicle which may need service. The ladies in the office explained my contracts to me, in great detail. If I hadn't taken the time to listen to what they were explaining before I signed, well that would've been on me. It is always funny to me how a business is great until someone doesn't get the answer they want. Let Em Ride gives people second chances and I would recommend them."
