"I brought my Tucson in for a recall at a scheduled time on a Saturday. When I picked up the car, I noticed scratches on the hood that were not there. I asked my service tech Luis. He took photos and said the manager Mo would call me that day. On Thursday I had to call Mo. He reviewed photos and images and besides a tree branch on it they didn’t see any thing that would have caused it. He talked to someone above him and they approved buffing the hood out. He said I would receive a call to schedule service as soon as possible. It’s Tuesday and I waited on hold for Mo for 30 minutes then was hung up on. I’m now on hold for Mo again. This is really bad service all around. Please contact me"

"Had a really horrible experience getting my car serviced here. The dealership had my car over a month to replace the transmission. As I was driving the car home from the dealership I heard scraping under my car and sounding like rocks underneath my car. I get home and look underneath my car to see the splash shield falling off of my car... I took it back in and the servicer, Fabian, who said that there was nothing that they can do because it was not fixable. I asked, "How is it not fixable? Like do you need to order the parts?" and he responded, that, "Any repairs would be out of pocket because it looks like there was previous damage". This was very frustrating because nothing underneath my car was wrong before I look it in and I know they had to take the shield off to work underneath my car... He then told me he talked to the tech who worked on the car and he said that the shield had damage so they put some extra bolts on it before sending home. However, I was never told this before taking the car home. So at this point I had no trust in the dealership and ending up ordering the parts online to do it myself. This is when I found out and it is clips that go underneath to secure the splash shield not bolts... Meaning that the techs do not know what they are doing or they just lied to me. The dealership cannot even offer me a refund even though this could have cause a serious crash on my way home as something could have flown into the gap underneath my car. I have included picture of how serious the shield looked the night I brought my car home..."

"Got my Palisade’s first service here. It wasn’t completed to my satisfaction and I provided the feedback accordingly but nobody reached out to me to discuss the concern."

"If I could give negative stars, I would. This place had my boyfriend’s car for 2 weeks in order to fix a recalled engine. In the process, they broke his driver side window and his tailgate handle. How those are possible when dealing with the engine- I have no idea. We pick up the car yesterday where they had to jump his battery before driving up to him and after pulling into a gas station, it dies and cannot be jumped with my own car. So we call them and they say to bring it back- only 5 mins after the call I call again and they say Service is closed. We had to spend $150 on a tow truck to drop it off at their lot & now they say it’s the catalytic converter that isn’t working. It’s 1000% the battery. Absolutely ridiculous and horribly managed facility. Anytime you try to call it’s someone with an attitude or the person you need will “call you later.” Good luck."
