"Horrible. I review many place and this one is one of the few I’d recommend you avoid. We were 20 min away, after an hour drive to purchase something that was previously arranged. Had set an appointment to meet that evening at 7pm. Halfway there we reminded them via a message that we were on the way. 15 min later they responded that another buyer looking at it, then informed us they sold it to someone else without prior warning when an agreement was in place. When responded asking if they were serious, they said “yes” with NO apology or anything. When we responded about leaving a review they didn’t respond. They obviously don’t care about their reputation. This was a Christmas present for someone very special that was planned with prior communication with them. Their communication was horrible and just ruined an extremely special gift. Would never do any business with them ever again."
"Great Work and Great Price!!! Just picked up the cash car I needed fixed to pass inspection that my son will be using for high school. Kilo knocked it out of the park!! This was not an insurance claim repair, and he was able to do it BELOW my estimate budget. He delivered faster than estimated as well. I HIGHLY recommend KILO and would absolutely use him again. As I have two more future high school kids......I most likely will too!"
