"Please don't pay a deposit to Ross Sherman for a tattoo. He is a scam artist, not a tattoo artist. He took my $100 deposit as a promise to deliver a sketch and as a promise to secure our agreed upon appointment time over a week in advance. This tattoo was for my son's 18th birthday. My son had been planning this for several years. Despite my son asking Ross daily for a sketch... And getting excuse after excuse... Ross never delivered the sketch. On our appointment day, Ross changed our appointment several times, rearranging my son's planned day completely. On the fourth time he changed the appointment time, we had to decline the 8 pm time due to a surprise party that evening I already had planned for my son. Ross refused to return the deposit stating that we should have taken the 8 pm time. We never got a sketch. The tattoo did not happen. And Ross got the $100 he intended to have all along. We got scammed."
