"I used to come here religiously for my son’s haircut, over the past year I had to change barbers due to his barber slacking a bit. I finally decided to come back and scheduled an appointment with the owner which was scheduled for the first appointment of the day for the owner specifically so my son didn’t have to miss much of school and when I show up, his employees enlightened me on him no showing. That’s extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate for other people’s time. It’s fine to progress in life but if you decide to own a business be sure to maintain the quality. Communication would have solved this entire problem… do better. I will not be returning."
