"I took my son Thursday to get a haircut cut. Now let me remind you 2 yrs ago, they messed my 2 boys hair up badly. I had to go get it fixed somewhere else. Now I wanted to give them another try since it's been 2 yrs. Big mistake my son was so upset when he saw the back of his hair. He was worried he would get bullied at school. He's in Jr. High, so u know the kids these days. Their hair has to look good. I looked like she had 2 bald spots in the back where to shave to close. I mean, it's noticeable. And she cut his front way too short. Yes, again, I had to go get it fixed by someone else since it was not only bald in the back. But uneven so bad. Also, I did tip 3 dollars. I'm not just going to keep their tips. But again, if ur paying with ur card, watch ur bank she added 2 more dollars to give herself a 5 dollar tip. This happened 2 yrs ago, too. Where they give there self more money. The bank doesn't lie . I will not go back to them again ever. I don't care how close they are. I will go all the way to League City where the lady who fixed it knows what's she's doing PERIOD ."

"I waited 30 minutes to be assisted. Only one person there knew how to cut girl’s hair. I asked for one inch off and layers, she cut off almost all of my hair. It was my first time getting a haircut by myself. I was mortified. I am never letting anyone I don’t know cut my hair again. It was very clearly communicated what I wanted."
