"READ MY REVIEW PLEASE! I came to this place for a second opinion at 20 y/o, after I went to another place in Katy (surprisingly has good stars) that gave me basic insoles, a tarsal tunnel diagnosis, and blatantly claimed "Well, you're probably always gonna be in pain, come see us again." The lady even seemed like she was in a rush and almost downplaying the pain I was in. I remember crying to my mother wondering why that was my fate. I was born flat footed, always dealt with pain and never had a relief option, and all other insoles failed to help. Even had severe shin splints in both legs at the ages 15-17 before going inactive at 18 from the pain, fully giving up on sports. I always had burning in my feet and lower back burning if I walk too long on hard surfaces. They measured my feet (I found out I was wearing shoes too small), scanned my feet so they could make custom insoles, as well as telling me why my shoes weren't the best for my condition (too soft, flimsy, etc.) They also answered ALL of my questions. Fast forward it's been months since I got those insoles, almost a year. I LOVE them to death. It didn't take more than 2 weeks for my pain to slowly subside, and honestly the noticeable difference in comfort was immediate. Now at 21, my pain walking around is pretty much 0. I can even run! That's literally what the doc here told me he could do after I mentioned what the other doc said. They weren't kidding. Because of these insoles I was able to lose 50+ lbs from cardio and lifting, and I was 214lbs when I was 18 so that's a big change. He even showed me a full leg stretch that gave me so much pain relief. I switch them into every single shoe I wear, I won't leave the house unless they're under my feet. I use these insoles in converse too, though it's best to use them with the athletic shoes they offer because with converse I tend to get slight pain. Even so it's *nothing* compared to the pain I used to have. I haven't had tarsal tunnel flare ups since. The price of the insoles, shoes, and the wait for them to come in = 1000000% worth it. I owe a piece of my life to these people. Not only did it help me with my pain, but in the long run they essentially helped with my confidence. I appreciate everything and that's why I'm writing this review now. If you're in similar pain and you're considering, GO HERE. I wouldn't wish that pain on anybody. If I could give this place 10 stars I would."

I appreciated the advice I received and felt there were some good options for shoes there as well. Definitely worth the drive out to Katy!"

"For Your Toes & Feet is the only place I want to buy shoes from in the future. Very quickly they had me in a new pair of shoes and in less pain. Even while the shop was very busy they took the time to get me into the right pair of shoes to help my feet. Based off my personal experience I would say they are caring, honest Dr.s and you can absolutely trust your feet to them. Usually, shopping for shoes is exhausting and unproductive as everthing hurts my feet, but here I actually left with my new shoes on my feet and a smile on my face. After only one week of wearing shoes that fit correctly and work for my feet, they feel better than they have in years. I am now able to accomplish so much more in a day. I have been in pain for a long time and have paid alot in the past to try to fix it. Here the cost was the normal retail cost of quality shoes. I will be sending everyone I know to them who suffer foot pain, or who don't want to ever suffer it."
