"Had went to get a tongue piercing. Was told that he would have to angle it so it wouldn’t hit my veins. The tongue piercing ended up not being centered and more to the left of my tongue. Called and hour later and said it didn’t look right, he said he had to do it that way. Got a second opinion and was told he messed up my piercing. Took it out on the second day. Would not recommend this piercing artist"
"Went to TORO for the Second time there’s a reason I keep coming back, he’s good at what he does! And he makes the experience fun you’ll have a great time sitting in his chair hearing interesting stories about Cali back in the day during a time when you could get 4 pizzas for $20 dollars at a place called pizza king. He specializes in American traditional a dying art that’s definitely underrated If you want a solid tattoo that will last 20 years and still look great! Look into getting American traditional tattooed you won’t regret it!"
"We stumbled across the tattoo shop on our recent stay in Arlington. We were in town for a concert and a baseball game, and this shop was in close proximity to where we were staying. Victor, the shop owner, and his nephew Eric were extremely courteous, accommodating and friendly. My husband I both got a tattoo that night. We returned the following night for another because of the clean and welcoming atmosphere that is in this shop. Victor complete my “you are my sunshine” and both of my husbands tattoos. Eric completed my “Beauty and the Beast” tattoo as a cover up on a small shooting star. Overall, a wonderful experience and we will definitely be making the trip back to Arlington for our next one!"
"I came here for a tattoo of an 8ball wrapped with fiery flames. And I got just what I wanted! Victor greeted me with professionalism and kindness. I was here 27 years ago to get a Dopey character tattooed on my upper right arm. He was the artist who did it last time, and he actually remembered me from back then. He did excellent work on that one as well as the new one!! I will and would and have been recommending him and his shop for anyone looking to getting one! He's also a great painter as well! I'm very satisfied. Keep up the great work!!!"
