"This is one of the WORST experiences I've ever had with a shop owner EVER! He is rude, does not listen, and I went back after 3 months (promised in 60 days) to get my things and he said he wouldn't return the items that belonged to me. He ruined my Chanel bag by not storing it well and the leather is all ruined-refer to picture in this review. The back was NOT creased like this when I dropped it off. It's my most expensive handbag and it's ruined. You have to pay up front here- BEWARE as he will not return your things and run with the money. Listen to the bad reviews!"

"Legacy Shoe Care saves the day! The store where I bought my favorite pair of dress shoes no longer sells them. The only pairs that can be found are on eBay for outrageous prices. Legacy Shoe Care took my ratty old torn shoes with holes in the sole and gave them new life! Not to mention they charged me less than the price of a pair of new shoes. I’ll never go anywhere else! "WAIT! DON’T BUY THAT NEW PAIR OF SHOES! Seriously this place fixed up my favorite pair of shoes and gave them new life that will last for years. The only regret I have is all the times I bought shoes in the past to replace my favorites instead of coming here. They were helpful, courteous, reasonable, knowledgeable, and fairly quick. They even upgraded my soles to a more comfortable one for no extra cost! I will recommend Legacy Shoe Care to everyone I know!"

"Terrible customer service. Had 2 LV handbags taken in to be cleaned and repaired and they had them for FOUR MONTHS & didn’t even clean them. I had to take them to another place to have them cleaned. So disappointed because they used to be a good place for repair and had fair pricing. I had to make six trips up to the store because they would consistently give me a “It will be done in a few days” response and I go up on the day promised and it was wasn’t completed. The last time I was up, I asked for my money back and I would take the bags elsewhere and then all of a sudden my bags were going to be completed in three days. Not a very good way to do business! They have lost a loyal customer, and I would not recommend this place to anyone anymore."
