"I recently purchased shoes at this store and tried to exchange them because they were defective. I gave the store manager Vickie my receipt and she told me I couldn't return them because they were not in the box. First her reason was that she needed the box to ship them in, and the second time I went up there within 30 minutes. She changed it up and said she needs the box to scan it. I spoke to the District manager on the phone and he said she was supposed to refund me because I had a receipt. Don't waste your time going to that location because the selection is very limited and Vickie has an attitude with poor customer service skills"
