"Our experience on BLACK FRIDAY at Steve Madden located in the Grapevine Mills mall was a really good one. Nehki (Kai) was on point from the moment we stepped into the store and until we left. The personalization she gave in ensuring our experience was a pleasant one was phenomenal. She was quick to grab the shoes needed and to make a suggestion if the shoes we wanted was out of stock. She was professional, patient and maintained a great attitude throughout the entire time. I would also like to give a special shoutout to Lucero (Assistant Manager) who was equally as professional, patient, kind, and engaging. As with Nehki (Kai), Lucero went above and beyond while assisting us during the checkout process and with our online order. She remained patient and never made us feel rushed or as if we were an inconvenience. One of my favorite quotes is “Attitude reflects leadership” — Well Lucero, you LEAD through your example and set the tone for your employees to follow. Good job!!!"

"Sandra was very helpful. She could see I was struggling and made sure to help me out. We made light conversation and long story short, I now have her grandmother’s mashed potatoes recipe for Thanksgiving this year! Not only do I have a nice pair of shoes for the celebration but I also have something to bring! Truly a blessing."

"Long story short, this store apparently is unable to pull transactions from less than a month ago. I was told when I made my purchase they could only take cash so I went and pulled cash. I'm not sure if I wasn't given a receipt or if I told them I didn't need one but that was a huge mistake. After being told by the store manager there was nothing he could do I found a way to get a copy. I went ahead and returned it and the attitude out of the employee Sandra was ridiculous, I advise anyone reading this to just go online to make your purchase, the staff here is awful. This quality of customer service has made me decide I will not be shopping Steve Madden any further. Go to Lord & Taylor, anything else."
