"I have been a customer at Francesca's for a very long time and often visit several different locations, including the ones out of state. Today I went in, happy to see to new arrivals. I customer entered before me and I didn't mind browsing the selection. If any one has visited a Francesca's before, they know that you are always greeted by a smiling sales associate. However that was not the case today.. I browsed some more and even had a sales associate browse the earrings selection right next to me, but not acknowledging more presence. That just bugged me, before exiting I went to the sales associate standing behind the counter, and asked for a manger. It turns out that sales associate, Chelsea was the manger on duty at the time. Once I explained the situation, she told me she was busying helping a customer and didn't mean to ignore me.. As someone who works in customer service, even a simple smile goes a long way.I hope in the future they learn how to properly handle multiple customers in the store, without "ignoring them""
