They only cost a fraction of the price that the items would’ve been at RH! Plan to bring your own truck/movers to pick up items, they don’t offer delivery. They do recommend a few movers and I used one of them, super fast- they delivered on the same day!"

"**VETERANS AND MILITARY, READ** Let me start by stating that my Daughter and her Wife have purchased a bunch of stuff from here. I went in to purchase them a kitchen table and 4 chairs. I always ask if there’s a Military discount available. I was told yes but I had to have a Military ID. I understand this completely, however, they don’t understand it completely. You don’t possess a Military ID unless you’re active, reserve, or retired. Any other type of discharge will get you a form of sorts. I always have my Dads as he did 31 years in the Marine Corps. 3 tours in Vietnam, stationed at Guantanamo Bay in 66-68 and further in the Middle East on Embassy duty. These are not “sought out” positions. These are the posts that lifers volunteer for. I was in the Young Marines of Texas starting at 6 years old. My boyfriend is also a Marine. I take care of my Dad as he’s got Alzheimer’s now and is in a private care facility, not the VA. I told Gabe the store Manager this as I handed him my Navy Federal debit card and provided a USAA debit as well with my ID and my Dads Military ID. Anyone knows that you don’t get to participate in these financial institutions if you’re not either in the military or direct family. I’m the Founder of Freedom and Hope For All. (LLC pending 501c3) a charity to help homeless Veterans regain their lives and freedom back. It’s a 10% discount on almost 5k worth of purchases. Mind you they’ve got no signage on the doors stating thus is even an offer. When we asked about it he was quite frankly rude. The freedom he has to be this way was provided by our great Veterans who were willing to die for this Country! My Daughter has asked me not to leave a review because they like their products. I decided she can like them, purchase them, do what she likes. I for one will let EVERY VET I KNOW TO NOT SPEND ONE PENNY HERE!! I called corporate and they don’t handle “outlets” but were kind enough to call. The store manager told them the same thing. If I’d done this purchase through a non outlet entity it would’ve been handled accordingly. In short, you’re only as good as your last review. I hope that this hits home for our Veterans! DO NOT BUY HERE! THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SERVICE! They want to make money on the very freedom we’ve provided them and snub us!! I’ve let my local Devil Dogs know and will continue to pass this through the Marine Corps League, VFW, and any other Veteran based organization. We can make concrete tables!! Stop making an ungrateful company money! That man had the power to make a decision and he did, we’re not important and clearly they don’t know the rules! I definitely will never spend another penny of my hard earned money on ungrateful people. I can’t wait until it hits the fan again!! Don’t worry, they can hide behind overpriced concrete items!! They’ve got that going for them!! Semper Fi!"

"This location has a great selection and the condition of most of the pieces are in like-new condition. I've been to 4 different outlets nationwide but the Fort Worth store is the best I've visited thus far. Our SA shared what day they typically receive new shipments each week so it pays to make shopping a weekly event."

"This place has a lot of giant furniture. Still pretty pricey for most things BUT these was a sign for 40% off of the entire store. Good place to get linen sheet sets for a decent price and when I say decent, I mean they are still expensive compared to regular cotton sheets. I had a hard time finding this place since Google maps has it 3 miles south of where it really exists. It happens to be in the Tanger outlet mall off of the 35 &114 hopefully @Google will correct their mistake."
