"I was told it would take 2 weeks to re-sole my boots. It took 7 weeks. The staff was gruff and rude, they didn't call me when they were finally finished (I had to call them to be told they were finally finished), they over-charged me in the first place, added a surcharge when they were finally done, and offered no considerations for the job taking nearly 4 times longer than the quote. Never again."
"The owner was courteous and he did an excellent job on my heels, I thought they were beyond repair! He also had them ready the following day! Bonus!"
"Terrible job on 2 pairs of boots and their is glue all over them nails sticking out on the bottom. He left a gap in soles of one pair. I do not recommend this place. Not to mention the conditions of the shop and building. Disgusting"
"Do not go here!!! Dropped boots off WEEKS ago and had to bang on the locked door to retrieve unfinished boots. Doors always locked and no one answers the phone. Unbelievable!!! Picked up unfinished boots (without sole, don't care at this point) and will be taking them somewhere else."
"I've sent 4 of my purses to be fixed there. and no price was discussed they had them 4 weeks and he just keep telling me he hadn't had time to fix them. I was shocked. No calls. I had to keep calling. Picked them up not fixed. I was devistated"
