"We only shop at Valle Vista Optical when it comes to buying glasses. As soon we you walk through the door, you are immediately greeted and taken care of. They really are focused on their clients. They do not try to rush you into picking glasses or buying something you do not need. I had a hard time deciding on two pairs of glasses to buy. Turns out, I didn’t have to decide because they had a great sale so I ended up buying both pairs. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and that’s really important when you are deciding what type of lens and frames you want to purchase. I had a lot of questions about the type of lens I wanted and they answered every question with confidence. Overall, the visits we’ve had over the years have always met our high expectations. The staff goes above and beyond and they make sure you are happy with your purchase."

"I called to get an eye exam at 6:25 pm and they said their doctors are ready to leave and no longer accepting patients but CLOSE at 7 PM. On another occasion I saw the “walk-ins welcome” sign so I walked in at 3:57 pm and they said we stop taking walk-in patients at 4 PM and didn’t allow me to see dr. :/ The eye glass side of the optical has been positive so far."

"I'm a high myopic and sometimes get different measurements from different optometrists. My last prescription was a bit off, and after trying for a few days, I had to return them from headaches. Throughout this whole process, I received excellent service at Valle Vista from selecting my frames to the unfortunate return. They are one of the the few places that still does a considerable amount of work in house such as shaping the lenses and fitting them into the frames, and it shows. I highly recommend Valle Vista Optical!!"

"Gucci Gang by Lil Pump has always been one of my favorite songs but I never really knew what it felt like to own a Gucci product until recently.
